Booking Policy

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is applied toward the cost of your service and is invoiced following your consultation.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your appointment to receive a deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Rescheduling

All rescheduling requests must be submitted via WhatsApp to 845-600-9444 at least 7 days in advance.

Lateness

A 15-minute grace period is offered for all appointments. Clients arriving 16–30 minutes late may have their service modified depending on schedule availability. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will be marked as a no-show.

No-Shows

The deposit is forfeited. Full payment of the remaining service balance is required prior to rebooking.
