Yes. Clients must arrive with clean hair. We do not provide shampoo services. Hair should be free of oils, heavy products, and buildup.
A card is required to secure your appointment, but payment is not charged at booking. Payment is collected after your service. Cash is preferred, though cards are accepted with a 3.5% processing fee.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours notice. Changes made with less than 48 hours notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
We specialize in microloc installation and maintenance, traditional loc installation and maintenance, instant locs, permanent loc extensions, and loc repair and reattachment. Our holistic approach to loc care is supported by all-natural products and client education.
Yes. Transfer microloc and Sisterlock clients are welcome; however, a consultation is required prior to booking. Please call or text Amoy at 845-600-9444 to schedule a consultation
We use organic, all-natural products in our salon. Our Products by AV line, created by Amoy Virgo, MSOL, BSN, RN, is used during services and available for purchase in-salon and online.
