Yes. During scheduled service dates, The Loc Artistry Global provides microloc, Sisterlock, and traditional loc services in Playa del Carmen by appointment. 

Services include microloc retightening, Sisterlock maintenance, traditional loc maintenance, interlocking, starter microlocs, loc repair, consultations, and select installation services.

Yes. We provide professional loc services for all hair textures and work with microlocs, Sisterlocks, and traditional locs.

Yes. We welcome transfer clients. A virtual consultation is required before booking to ensure your locs are a good fit for our services.

Most clients schedule maintenance every 4–8 weeks, depending on their hair growth, lifestyle, and personal preferences. During your appointment, we'll recommend a schedule that's appropriate for your locs.

Absolutely. Many of our clients are visitors, digital nomads, and expats. We recommend booking in advance, as appointment availability during each service period is limited.

Yes. Clients travel from across the Riviera Maya—including Tulum, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, Puerto Morelos, Cancún, Cozumel, and surrounding areas—to receive services in Playa del Carmen.

Every appointment begins with a virtual consultation to ensure the appropriate service is selected. Once approved, you'll receive an electronic invoice to reserve your appointment.

A $50 reservation deposit is required for maintenance services, and a $100 reservation deposit is required for new installations. Your deposit is applied toward your total service cost and secures your appointment during the scheduled Playa del Carmen service dates.

Appointment details, including the exact location, are shared with confirmed clients approximately one month before each service period.

Every head of locs is unique. A virtual consultation allows us to assess your current locs, understand your goals, recommend the appropriate service, and provide an accurate estimate of the time required. It also gives us an opportunity to answer your questions before you book, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.

Appointments are offered during scheduled service periods throughout the year. Future service dates are announced in advance through our website and social media channels.

Appointments take place at our Playa del Carmen location. The exact address is shared with confirmed clients approximately one month before each service period.

Invoices are sent electronically and may be paid using a credit card or other accepted digital payment methods. We also accept Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, and cash. Payment instructions are provided during the booking process.

Because appointment availability is limited during each Playa del Carmen service period, we kindly ask for at least 5 days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client.

Reservation deposits are non-refundable, but appointments canceled with at least 5 days' notice may be transferred to a future Playa del Carmen service period at our discretion.

At this time, all appointments are held at our Playa del Carmen location to provide the best environment for professional loc care.
