REFUND & SHIPPING POLICY          

The Loc Artistry by AV Cancellation Policy

• The Loc Artistry by AV values your business. We curate an individual and relaxing experience for each client and your appointment slot is reserved especially for you. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. This 24 hour cancellation policy is STRICT AND ENFORCED. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to accommodate other clients, including those on our waiting list. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance. A deposit is collected at the time your appointment is scheduled and will be forfeited for the following: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice and no shows. Microloc installation appointments may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to first day of scheduled install to receive a refund of the deposit (less $50 consultation fee). Microloc appointments cancelled less than 2 weeks will forfeit deposit.

Returns and Exchanges

• The Loc Artistry by AV appreciates your business. We will gladly accept returns of unopened items in their original packaging within 15 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at amoy@thelocartistrybyav.com and indicate your items(s), reason for the return and attach your receipt. Once your return is received, you will be refunded the amount paid, minus the cost of shipping. Items received damaged are eligible for refund or Exchange. Please contact amoy@thelocartistrybyav.com and submit a picture of the item along with your receipt. Please indicate whether you’d like a refund or a replacement.

Consent for Photographs/ Video

• As a part of the service, clients consent to having photographs taken, for use by The Loc Artistry by AV Corp., in the promotion of its hair care services. By scheduling a hair service appointment, you grant The Loc Artistry by AV Corp. the right to edit said photographs, without your review or further consent, and use them in promotional portfolios, books and videos. Said consent is limited to the use of your photograph by The Loc Artistry by AV Corp. for the promotion of hair care services. You hereby release The Loc Artistry by A Corp. and its agents and employees from all claims, demands and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the use of your photographs. You understand that you will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of your photographs by The Loc Artistry by AV Corp.

Shipping Policy

• You’ve taken the first step and placed your order. Next, we process within 24- 48 hours of receipt. Once fulfilled, our shipping partners take it from there. You will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
