At The Loc Artistry by AV, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and provide the best service, we have the following policies.
Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for lateness; however, please contact us to inform us if you are running late. If we do not receive prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment after the grace period.
A 72-hour email reminder will be sent before your appointment to allow time for confirmation or necessary changes.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
No-Call, No-Show appointments will be invoiced for the full cost of the scheduled service. The invoice must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
Shipping
Orders are processed and fulfilled within 72 hours of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Order Pickup
For pickup orders, customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving to collect your order.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. However, if a product is defective, you may return it within 10 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and a description of the defect.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
